Improve productivity with small business telephone systems with big features

Samsung Phone is a global leader in providing phone systems for small to medium sized businesses. Samsung manufactures small business phone systems designed to enhance the realm of communications possibilities for SMBs. The Samsung OfficeServ range of Enterprise IP solutions will cover the needs of those businesses seeking a small business phone system with the full features of a large business phone system traditionally only available to the Corporate market.

As the essential ingredient in any small business, a phone system provides improved communication as well as measurable productivity gains as it is the main communication channel with both clients and suppliers. Samsung’s small business phone systems are easy to setup and install and come with the assurance of quality that is unmatched anywhere in the communications industry. In addition to the highly sophisticated feature set, Samsung OfficeServ phone systems are also very competitively priced to fulfill the needs of any SMB.

Latest advancement in converged communications – IP PBX systems

In the past, Office communications systems included nothing much more than a hard-wired network of telephones connected to a PABX Phone system and a central switchboard at reception. In today’s age of converged communications, IP PBX Phone Systems allow much greater flexibility and more advanced features utilising VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) technology.

The Samsung OfficeServ range of VoIP PBX phone systems are the cornerstone of the Samsung’s convergence strategy. Samsung OfficeServ Enterprise IP Solutions provides opportunities beyond the realm of traditional business communications. Using a VOIP phone system means you no longer need a separate cabling infrastructure for telephony in the building, as IP Phones (VOIP Phones) can be connected to the OfficeServ via a LAN/WAN network, and can also be connected via external data links, liberating you and your staff from the rigidity of the conventional corporate infrastructure. This advanced system also allows you to add powerful applications, such as Unified Communications (UC), advanced voicemail and unified messaging, and video conferencing, that improve customer service and productivity. A single converged OfficeServ IP telephone system provides advanced wireless, voice and data networking for up to 400 users.

Our office phone systems can be linked across multiple sites and allows you to create a secure, seamless and scalable network across multiple locations, including branch offices and remote and mobile workers wherever they may be. The Samsung OfficeServ 7000 Series uses Samsung Proprietary IP Networking (SPNet); a feature that enables OfficeServ systems to be networked over wide area data connections (WAN). This accommodates everything from simple call forwarding and transfers to advanced features such as centralised operators and call distribution across sites.
